Thank you for shopping at Sexy & Joy. We are committed to delivering your order discreetly, safely, and as quickly as possible. Please read our shipping policy carefully before placing an order.
1. Order Processing Time
- All orders are processed within 1 to 3 business days (Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM Hong Kong Time, UTC+8), excluding public holidays.
- Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed on the next business day.
- You will receive an email confirmation once your order has been shipped.
2. Shipping Destinations
We ship worldwide. However, delivery times and availability may vary depending on the destination country. If your location is not serviced at checkout, please contact us at customerservice@sexyandjoy.net and we will do our best to assist you.
3. Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates
Shipping charges are calculated based on the weight, dimensions, and destination of your package and will be displayed at checkout.
Estimated delivery times after dispatch are as follows:
- Domestic (China): 2–5 business days
- Asia Pacific: 5–10 business days
- North America & Europe: 7–14 business days
- Rest of World: 10–21 business days
Please note that these are estimates only. Delays may occasionally occur due to customs clearance, peak seasons, or carrier disruptions beyond our control.
4. Discreet Packaging
Your privacy is our priority. All orders are shipped in plain, unmarked packaging with no reference to Sexy & Joy or the contents inside. The sender name on the package will be a neutral fulfillment center name. We never include promotional materials or branding on the exterior of our shipments.
5. Shipment Tracking
Once your order is dispatched, you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing a tracking number. Please allow up to 24 hours for the tracking information to become active. You can track your order via the carrier's website using the link provided.
6. Customs, Duties & Taxes
Sexy & Joy is not responsible for any customs duties, import taxes, or fees applied to your order. All charges incurred during or after shipping (including clearance fees) are the sole responsibility of the customer. We recommend checking with your local customs office before placing an order to understand any potential additional costs. If a package is refused due to customs charges and returned to us, the original shipping cost and any return fees will be deducted from your refund.
7. Failed Delivery / Incorrect Address
Please ensure your shipping address is correct and complete at checkout. We are not liable for packages delivered to an incorrect address provided by the customer. If a package is returned to us due to an insufficient or incorrect address, we will contact you to arrange re-shipment, but additional shipping fees will apply.
8. Lost or Damaged Packages
If your package arrives damaged or is lost in transit, please contact us immediately at customerservice@sexyandjoy.net. We will work with the carrier to investigate the issue. For damaged items, please keep all packaging and documentation as photographic evidence may be required. We will aim to resolve the matter as quickly as possible, whether through a replacement or a refund, in accordance with our Return & Refund Policy.
9. Changes to Your Order
If you need to modify or cancel your order, please contact us within 2 hours of placing it. Once the order has been processed or shipped, we cannot make changes or cancellations. In such cases, you may need to initiate a return after receiving the item.
